Frequently asked questions
Answers about our pricing and plans.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. The free plan gives you all 13 topics with 10 questions per topic per day, so you can try the questions before you upgrade.
What does Homejourney Pro include?+
Pro is S$30 a month, charged monthly; there is no annual plan. It unlocks unlimited RES practice, timed exams, practice by paper, weak-area practice and AI explanations on the web at homejourney.sg. The same membership covers Homejourney's tools for agents, owners and landlords, for when you are licensed.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel Pro any time from your Homejourney dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
I subscribed to Premium in the Prepare app. What happens?+
You keep Premium at your App Store or Google Play price for as long as that subscription renews. If you join Pro, cancel the store subscription first so you are not charged twice.
What happens when my membership ends?+
You keep all free features, including 10 questions per topic per day, and your progress is kept. You can rejoin Pro any time to unlock unlimited practice again.
Do I need Pro to pass the exam?+
Many students pass using just the free plan. Pro adds unlimited practice, timed exams and weak-area practice, which help you find and fix gaps before exam day.
